Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

Our partnership with Sweetwater's Maple combines two age-old traditions, bourbon and maple syrup. They begin with a charred, white-oak barrel that held bourbon for years. When the barrel is emptied, they fill it with their hand-crafted maple syrup.

Over time the bourbon spirits from the barrel blend with the maple syrup to create a one-of-a-kind flavor; bourbon-barrel aged maple syrup!  This syrup is produced annually in limited quantities and is a unique delight!
